What are the three key issues that you've noticed on campus that you hope to improve for students as an elected official?
On-campus food pantry: Food insecurity should be addressed more equitably, which means a permanent on-campus food pantry. Increased Guidance for new clubs: Understanding how to become an ASUO-recognized club is crucial for groups that want to establish a new community, it is important to create a connection with organizations where ASUO is seen as a resource. Student Involvement: Students should know who represents them and where their money is going, that starts with better communication between students and ASUO.
Why are you running?
I am running to bridge the gap between our student body and our student government. Students have the right to know where their money is going and have a say, that comes with transparency and a senator who understands that he is there to represent the students.
